Ranks & Roles
Ranks
At Black Talon, ranks aren’t just a symbol—they represent earned respect, leadership capability, and a commitment to the success of the unit. Advancement is achieved through dedication, participation in training, and demonstrated leadership in the field.
Whether you’re leading a squad into combat or coordinating from command, every rank comes with its own responsibilities and expectations. Promotions are awarded based on merit, not just time served. Prove your skill, uphold the standard, and rise through the ranks.
Lead with honor. Follow with discipline. Earn your place.
